How to Shop our Site:
By selecting a category from the left hand side menu you will be presented with the products within.
By clicking on a product image or the more details button you will see further information for that product and the option to add to your basket.
You can add as many products to the basket as you wish.
When you are ready to pay for your goods, just click on the checkout button from the basket pages.
This will take you to our secured server area where you can enter your delivery and credit card information.
Product Search:
If you are looking for a specific item, use the search facility at the top of every page. Every search has to contain at least 4 letters. The results will displayed in order of relevance to your search; for example if you were to type in "radio controlled helicopter" you will be presented with exact matches to "radio controlled helicopter" first, followed by matches to "radio controlled" and then matches to just "helicopter".
Online Security:
Our checkout is hosted on an id-shops secure server. Our secure area is protected by 128 bit SSL encryption provided by GeoTrust.
Order Confirmation:
Once you have successfully passed through the checkout you will be taken to an order confirmation page detailing the product(s) ordered and relevant delivery information. You may print this page for your records.
We will also send the same details in a confirmation email to the email address you have supplied.
