Great Planes Viper 500 (White) ARTF
With a .25 size two stroke the Viper 500 ARF is a fun, everyday sport plane.
But fit a larger engine and it becomes a fiery, ultra-competitive 'club racer'. Assembly takes only 6-8 hours.
The carbon fibre reinforced, veneered foam wing features balsa sheeting applied with epoxy for security and stiffness, plus a centre section wrapped in a double layer of fibreglass cloth – and it's all factory covered in MonoKote film.
The bolt-on tail provides accurate alignment with almost no effort.
With performance boosting 'extras' such as a perfectly formed engine mounting plate, low-drag nylon wheel, recessed wing hold-down bolts and Selig airfoil section wing, this is a model that's more than capable of some exciting racing.
Requires a four channel radio with four servos for sport flying and 6 or more channels with V-tail mixing for racing.
