Honda’s Infamous F1 ‘Earth Car’ Becomes Latest Racing Car Immortalised In Scalextric History
Honda’s RA107 hit the headlines at the start of the current Grand Prix season for its unique livery design. Honda decided to break the mould by omitting sponsors logo’s from the car and replaced them with a unique image of the world to highlight climate change. This stunning car has now been immortalised in Scalextric history and is available for your in home slot car racing experience.
Honda’s scaled replica car will be available to buy separately in analogue from September priced £30 RRP. A separate Jenson Button Honda will also be available in analogue and digital format from October priced £30 and £40 RRP respectively.
For those wishing to pit the skills of Britain’s best against each other; the Pole Position set has been created which includes a Honda and debut sensation Lewis Hamilton’s Vodafone McLaren Mercedes. Available from October the set will cost £100 RRP.
The Scalextric model The car is fitted with the now standard (for F1 cars) slim-line, fast FF motor. The eye catching livery shows a representation of Earth from space detailing the major continents.
