The Skylark is a semi-scale model of the classic Slingsby original and is intended for radio controlled slope soaring, but prototypes have been bungee launched from flat field sites into strong thermals. Controls are rudder, elevator and ailerons, which require micro servos built into the wings. Construction is conventional all built-up and most of the parts are accurately cut by CNC.
