These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and our Terms and Conditions do not affect these.

Making a purchase
By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying them (including passing your details on to couriers).
We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.
If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact Customer Care immediately.
Our website information is regularly checked, but if we find the price has changed when we receive your order you can be sure we will contact you to ask if you wish to proceed.

Back Orders
At times we may need to place your order on backorder if we do not have your items in stock or you order an item that has a specific release date.  We will notify you the expected despatch date via email or if it is a pre release order this will be specified on our website.  You are entitled to cancel items on back order however you are required to inform us of this within 24 hours of receiving our email notification.  This is due to the fact that we need to cancel your order request with our suppliers. 

Delivery
We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us but we cannot give an exact delivery time. Express delivery is usually next day, although not guaranteed. We request customers requiring this service to place their order before 2.00pm. You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defective or damaged item please inform us as soon as possible, in order that we can resolve the matter with minimum delay. 

UK Orders
Are sent either by Royal Mail or by Courier depending on the weight of the parcel.  A confirmation is sent automatically by computer. If you did not receive it that will be because either:
We did not receive your order.
You entered your e-mail address incorrectly.
But for whatever reason, if you did not get an automatic confirmation please contact us to check if we have received your order by emailing sales@abcmodelsport.co.uk

Overseas Orders
It is difficult for us to know how long orders take to arrive. As an approximate guide we say...
Air to most places 7/10 days.
Surface minimum 4 weeks to Europe. USA/Canada 4/6 weeks, Japan/South America 6/8 weeks, Australia 8/12 weeks.
Overseas orders are sent by airmail unless surface mail is specified.
Shipping cost is calculated when you place your order and you will not recieve further charges. We currently debit cards in pounds sterling - this will be converted by your card provider to your local currency.

Cancellation of Order and Returns

Should you decide to cancel an order after we have placed the order with our suppliers, we will refund the full amount minus a 10% charge for handling excess stock.
As a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days after placing your order. You must return any goods to us at your own cost or you may ask us to arrange collection, which will be chargeable. We advise you to ensure the goods are well packed and adequately insured during any return journey that you organise.
Items can only be returned if they are incomplete, incorrect or faulty.
